- UltrAspire Handheld - This is a slightly larger, more adjustable hand held that stays cool against the skin because the "Air Mesh" keeps your hand ventilated and free from condensation from the bottle. The bottle is the same bottle that comes with the Fast Pack (see below). I like the twist shut nozzle for drip free running but the lid and how it threads onto the bottle can be a bit cumbersome. The stretch pocket can hold a lot of stuff. It can not hold very small items because it does not zip closed. Overall this is a great product. I picked mine up at Zombie Runner in Palo Alto for around $30.

Hydration Gear: Nathan 10oz Waist Pack
Hydration
- Nathan (2) 10oz Flask Waist Pack- This was my first attempt at carrying fuel on a run. This is an okay option but not my favorite. The 2 small flask system totaling 20oz is not as convenient as the single 22oz bottle. The flask holsters are not as in & out friendly as the single bottle cradle system and the flasks don't stay cold as long. The pouch with its multiple compartments holds alot of stuff and that's a BIG plus in my book. The pack does bounce around a bit contrary to the web sites description.
