- 4.75 Wunderlich Park – 4.74 mi- Woodside, CA- Great hill climb with a really nice bay vista reward in the middle. Easy downhill that really helps with foot turnover.
- Portola Valley 6.5 mile- Portola Valley- Park at Roberts Market at the corner of Alpine Rd & Portola Rd and head out on Alpine Trail for easy rolling hills (mostly) and super sweet single track.
- Edgewood County Park – 4.84 mi- San Carlos, CA- Everything in this park is runnable. Most of the park is exposed. Pulgas Ridge is across the street to the north and Crystal Springs Trail is across the street to the west which will take you to miles of other trails!
- Eaton & Big Canyon- 3 or 4 mile- San Carlos, CA- Eaton has many more trails in it then any map will show you. The forests are really "woodsy" and some of the bridges are really nice. Lots of stairs. No need for a map, these parks are to small to get lost in but definitely worth running.
- Water Dog Lake Park - 5.36 mi- Belmont, CA- Beautiful Park in Belmont with great views of the bay and a few really serious climbs that are short but steep.
- Crystal Springs Cross Country Course- 2.95 mi- Belmont, CA- Crystal Springs Cross Country Course is designed to be one of the easiest courses to follow. There are only a couple of intersections where confusion might result. At these intersections, there are signs to point the way.
