The FREE 12 week training program for our next half marathon begins next week on Monday August 5th. NO GYM MEMBERSHIP NEEDED. Join the Dethrone Distance Runners as we begin training for the Burlingame Run with the Jets Half Marathon on October 27th. This is a very flat and easy half marathon course in comparison to other more difficult routes in the Bay Area. If this is your first attempt at the distance, this is the course for you.
Make sure to get your training schedule from the front desk at the Dethrone Basecamp on California Ave in Burlingame. If you have questions we can answer them at Tuesday's 6pm group run. Bring your friends and co-workers and start a 12 week revolution!!! All paces and all abilities are always welcome to join us every Tuesday and Thursday for our group runs and the training programs are an added bonus. Can't wait to see all of the new faces and soon to be friends!
