Trail races in the Bay for the weekend of 1/19 & 1/20

Not much to report this time of year for trail runs. We have a couple races coming up this weekend but only one is still registering runners.
 The Pacifica Foothills Trail Run is sold out. The race is being held this Saturday at San Pedro Valley Park in Pacifica and gets started at 8:30 am if you want to go cheer on your friends or volunteer at an aid station. More details can be found at www.insidetrail.com.
 The Dam Run 5k & 10k is still taking registrations for its races this Saturday. The races take place at the San Pablo Dam in Orinda just east of Berkely. The fun begins at 9:00am.
